Training
Training is a priority for ICE. We encourage our employees to enhance and adjust their skills to match changes in technology and meet new challenges. A well-trained team of professionals is the best way to serve our many clients and ensure the bright future of ICE.
Training within ICE is customised to cover the needs of individual employees as well as the requirements of upcoming projects. Training includes:
- orientation briefings for new employees;
- software training to enable employees to undertake new tasks, including training in TRIBON, PDMS, FEM analyses, Bentley Plantspace, various Classification Society software packages, etc.;
- english language training
- project management courses
ICE has its own Conference and Training Centre located in Galati. This facility uses state-of-the-art equipment and has seating for up to 70 people complete with data ports.
