The year just ended demonstrated ICE’s ability to deliver complex marine design work across offshore energy, defence and commercial shipping markets. Much of this work was executed under demanding schedules and strict confidentiality. It confirmed the value of our long-term focus on capability, quality and disciplined execution.
Looking into 2026, market conditions remain mixed. Investment decisions are cautious in some sectors, while others, including FPSOs, naval vessels and icebreaker programmes, continue to show sustained activity. These conditions favour experienced engineering partners with proven methods and strong project management. ICE is well positioned in this environment.
We will continue to build on our strengths in hull engineering and integrated marine design delivery, supporting projects from early concept through to detailed design and production information. Alongside this, we will invest selectively in people, tools and facilities where this supports long-term performance.
During 2025, we also strengthened our Croatian operations following the relocation of our Split office to the new Technology Park, providing a modern working environment that supports future development.
I would like to thank our employees for their commitment and professionalism, and our clients and partners for their continued trust. I look forward to working together in the year ahead.
Steinar Draegebo OBE
ICE Group Chairman & Chief Executive
