In June, ICE successfully passed the recertification audit for ISO 9001:2015. The audit was carried out over four days for ICE’s main design office in Galati, Romania and one day for the Branch Office in Split, Croatia. The ICE Group’s Quality Management System was first certified by DNV in 2007, and now enters its sixth certification cycle.
Mihaela Bidoae, Quality Control Manager of ICEPRONAV Engineering, commented: “ICE’s QMS was designed to ensure the quality of our design services in a consistent way. Over the years, the QMS performance has improved continuously, as is recognised both by the certification body and by our clients. Our QMS is a mature system able to sustain the quality management in all design contracts, from the simplest to the most complex project and this was confirmed again this year at the recertification audit.“
ICE’s new DNV ISO-9001:2015 certificate is valid up until July 2025.
