The Covid-19 pandemic has upset the best laid plans. During the first half of this year, almost all of ICE’s clients have been forced – either by projects being delayed or cancelled or by Government instructions – to suspend or delay work or postpone or cancel expected new contracts. As a consequence, ICE – like most other companies – has had to adapt to a substantially reduced and rapidly changing workload. One way to do so has been to ask those employees who could take early holidays to do so. As a consequence, this summer ICE will not as normal have a common holiday period. Many of our employees will take time off in August but our offices will remain open and ongoing contracts will progress as normal.
We wish all our customers, employees and business associates a continued nice summer and hope all will stay safe and healthy during these unusual times.
