Investments in the offshore energy industry – in which ICE has experience from 45 FPSOs and design of many ships for the gas and offshore wind industries – now coincide with several European countries ordering new warships for protection in an increasingly dangerous world. Long-term design contracts in the energy and defence sectors, and our wish to also continue to design commercial ships, make it necessary for ICE to hire more employees for 2025 and beyond.

In addition to encouraging former employees to return to our Romanian company, we are also seeking to attract experienced engineers and naval architects to our office in Split, Croatia. ICE has for nearly 60 years offered attractive employment conditions and interesting work in a professional environment and will continue to do so in all our market sectors.

ICE’s continued success depends not only on capacity but also on our ability to deliver quality marine design services at competitive conditions. We are trusted by important customers world-wide to do so, and we work every day to earn that trust.

I thank our employees for their loyalty and hard work in 2024, and our customers and suppliers for their continued cooperation and support. I wish everyone a safe, healthy and Happy New Year.
