In January, Mate Lukas, ICE’s Country Manager in Croatia, represented the ICE Marine Design Group in a yard visit by VEER to the 3. Maj shipyard. VEER is promoting an innovative concept combining sail as the main propulsion with hydrogen-powered auxiliaries. The concept design was developed by Alan C. McClure Associates (ACMA), a Houston, Texas-based naval architect with whom ICE has a long-standing cooperation.
