ICE will present the paper “Managing Design of Complex Ships” at a Maritime Project Management conference arranged in London by the prestigious Royal Institution of Naval Architects (RINA) on 24-25 February 2016.
Presented by Robert Swan, President & COO of the Isle of Man based ICE Group, the paper will cover the complexities of project management in the ship design sector. It will focus on the project management system that ICE has built up over the last decade to efficiently manage complex marine design contracts for demanding clients in the shipbuilding, defence and offshore energy sectors.
